Editing Project File Manually

Navigation Panel

This displays the list of folders available in your current project directory. When a folder in the Navigation Panel is clicked once, it displays its content on the right panel which is the Folder Content View and when it is double clicked, displays a tree view of the folder clicked and its content.

Folder Content View

This displays the list of folders and files available in a selected folder from the Navigation Panel. When a folder is double clicked, it displays the content of the folder and when a file is doubled clicked, it displays the content of the file in the PhpRad's File Editor.

Edit File

When clicked, opens the selected or highlighted file in PhpRad's File Editor.

Open in External Editor

When clicked, opens the selected or highlighted file in an external editor, that is, your computer's default file editor.

Add New File

When clicked, pops up a file dialogue for you to enter the name of the file you want to create and its extension.
